Summer Sweaney loves being in the real estate industry and is proud to open Innovate Home Warranty. Her goal is to provide you and your clients the BEST home warranty experience.  With more than 18 years of Real Estate knowledge, she understands the industry and knows that real estate brokers and agents don’t have time to be an expert on home warranties. She is always available at a moment’s notice when you have a home warranty question or problem. She provides agents and brokers with the training, guidance and resources they need to take care of their clients and protect themselves.  

Summer was the 2015 Affiliate Of The Year for the Boise Regional Realtors, the 2013 WCR Member Of The Year for the Boise Metro.  She says given a cape and tiara, she can save the home warranty world!  Aside from her work duties she is a mother, friend, and can always be seen laughing and having a flat good time!
